A leading provider in the iGaming industry is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join its commercial operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, supporting gaming products, and ensuring operators have a seamless experience. The Account Manager will act as the vital link between the company and its partners, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term professional relationships.

Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing a tailored and high-quality gaming experience.
- Monitor customer performance and ensure agreed-upon marketing commitments are met.
- Develop targeted engagement strategies for high-value clients to drive activity and retention.
- Track market trends, analyze performance, and implement data-driven actions.
- Initiate and oversee marketing campaigns for key accounts, ensuring timely execution and tracking results.
- Act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth operations.
- Work closely with Sales and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Represent the company as a knowledgeable and professional industry ambassador.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of the iGaming industry, particularly in commercial operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a B2B account management role.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in digital tools and strong computer literacy.
