VIP Account Manager - Finnish Speaking

Job Description 

Hireroo is seeking a VIP Account Manager on behalf of our client, a leading player in the iGaming industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to build and maintain relationships with high-value players, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

As a VIP Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging, retaining, and growing the company’s VIP customer base, working closely with internal teams to optimize the VIP experience.

Location: Hybrid / Malta

Responsibilities:

As a VIP Account Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with VIP customers, providing personalized support and an outstanding gaming experience.
  • Drive customer loyalty and engagement through tailored interactions and exclusive offers.
  • Identify and acquire new VIP players, ensuring continued business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to enhance the VIP program.
  • Monitor and analyze player activity, behavior, and trends to maximize revenue and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on VIP performance, recommending improvements where necessary.


Requirements:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish and English (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in a VIP or account management role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and player behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
