Your Mission:
Build, scale and lead a world-class iGaming affiliate business from scratch, positioning it as a market leader within the industry.

Responsibilities:

As the CEO, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Define and execute a zero-to-scale strategy for building an iGaming affiliate business that dominates the space.

Develop a clear vision, brand identity, and roadmap to rapidly gain market share.

Identify the most profitable verticals and territories, ensuring an aggressive yet sustainable market entry.

Set revenue and growth KPIs and take full accountability for meeting or exceeding them.

Ensure financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management are in place to sustain rapid expansion.

Identify and implement cutting-edge affiliate tracking platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.

Optimize traffic flows and conversion tracking to maximize partner revenue and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Work with developers to ensure seamless integration with operators and networks.

Build and lead a world-class team of content experts, product experts, traffic specialists, performance marketers, and developers.

Establish a high-performance culture where results drive incentives.

Develop structured training programs to align the team with company objectives.

Identify and recruit top-tier affiliate resources from the iGaming industry across multiple geographies.

Establish exclusive partnerships and commission structures that differentiate the business from competitors.

Optimize traffic sources, funnels, and conversion strategies to maximize revenue per player (RPP) and lifetime value (LTV).

Explore innovative media buying opportunities, paid search, and SEO strategies to complement affiliate efforts.

Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across all markets.

Develop and enforce clear operational procedures to streamline efficiency and performance.

Leverage automation and AI-driven optimization to scale operations efficiently.

Own P&L responsibility, earning based on success.

Develop aggressive but achievable revenue goals, ensuring profitability from the outset.

Represent the business at major affiliate and iGaming events worldwide.
