Brand Manager
Job Description
Our client is looking to expand their team by hiring an experienced and motivated Brand Manager. In this role, the selected individual will develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand growth, meet performance targets and effectively monitor progress in line with established objectives.
Location: Hybrid - Saint Julian's
Responsibilities:
As a Brand Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Brand Strategy and Development
- Create and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
- Define and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across various channels.
- Position the brand effectively to differentiate it from competitors.
Campaign Management
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, and influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging promotional content.
- Evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Market Research and Insights
- Conduct research to identify market opportunities, customer preferences, and potential risks.
- Gather and analyse feedback to strengthen brand perception and loyalty.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates relevant to the market.
Brand Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and sentiment.
- Deliver regular reports with actionable insights to management.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure consistent delivery of the brand’s promise.
- Lead cross-functional projects for product launches or brand initiatives.
- Manage budgets effectively to meet brand objectives.
