Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage the full hiring process from understanding client needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, to onboarding successful hires.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients while managing and growing existing relationships.
• Leverage your network, social media, and cold outreach to attract not only candidates but also clients.
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates, becoming their go-to recruitment partner.
• Use job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and innovative sourcing strategies to find high-quality candidates.
• Market Provide clients with valuable insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to help them succeed.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics like time-to-fill and revenue generated from placements.
• Share strategies and successes with your team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in recruitment, ideally within the iGaming industry.
• A strong professional network and presence on LinkedIn.
• Natural affinity for building long lasting relationships built on Honesty and Integrity
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms like Teamtailor.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Hunger for success, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards.
