Our client a leading operator within the igaming industry, is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) specializing in regulated iGaming markets. This individual will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional business performance in a competitive and dynamic industry.

Location: Hybrid - Malta

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and operational plans to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadership.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion and product innovation within regulated iGaming markets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Ensure full compliance with all gaming regulations to maintain licenses and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt business strategies to remain competitive and compliant.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all business units, including marketing, product development, customer service, and finance.
• Define and monitor performance metrics, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and delivering regular reports to the Board of Directors.
• Optimize cost structures while ensuring scalability and maintaining high-quality operations.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.
• Prioritize responsible gambling practices and ensure the company’s commitment to player protection.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, focusing on player engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Explore and execute potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships to drive business growth and diversification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is highly desirable).
• At least 10 years of experience in the iGaming industry, including 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.
• Proven ability to scale businesses within regulated iGaming markets and navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L for a business of significant scale.
• Deep understanding of casino operations, player acquisition, retention strategies, and responsible gaming practices.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks such as UKGC  and MGA
