B2B Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Account Manager to join our team at our online casino platform provider based in Malta. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing start up online casino brands and will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, including start up online casino brands, and serve as the main point of contact for all their needs
Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and increase client satisfaction
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure client needs are met
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on performance metrics and key account initiatives
Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional products and services to existing clients
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in the online casino industry
Proven track record of managing start up online casino brands and growing revenue
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Knowledge of online casino platforms and products is a plus
