Business Growth and Projects Manager
Job Description
Our client is looking for a forward-thinking and commercially driven Projects Manager to lead cross-departmental initiatives and operational improvements within a fast-growing iGaming company. Working directly with the Founder and CEO, this person will play a hands-on role in executing strategic projects that boost revenue, improve internal processes, and strengthen client delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational and leadership skills, enjoy a dynamic pace, and know how to turn strategy into practical, measurable results while maintaining structure and alignment across teams.

Responsibilities:
As a Business Growth and Projects Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Business Growth & Strategy
- Oversee client onboarding projects and other internal initiatives to ensure delivery is on time and in line with expectations.
- Create detailed project roadmaps, define goals, allocate resources, and manage schedules.
- Support company leadership in executing strategic projects such as restructuring, process optimisation, and client expansion programmes.
- Serve as a link between clients and internal departments, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
- Monitor project progress, address risks, and build communication plans that reduce friction and ensure smooth rollouts.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to support decision-making, solve challenges, and maintain clarity across teams.
Project Management
- Oversee client onboarding and internal implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop project plans, define deliverables, allocate resources, and manage timelines.
- Support leadership on key initiatives including restructuring, client onboarding and growth programmes, ensuring all projects contribute to commercial and operational outcomes
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations alignment.
- Track progress, anticipate challenges, manage risks and design communication and rollout plans to minimise disruption and conflict
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate decisions, resolve trade-offs and maintain cross-functional alignment
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and retention.
- Spot opportunities for additional collaboration and revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations, providing quick and practical solutions when needed.
- Represent the business at major industry events such as SBC Summit, SiGMA, and iGaming Club to expand the company’s professional network.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Project or Programme Management, Operations, or Account Management, ideally within iGaming or a fast-moving regulated sector
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to connect operational efficiency with profitability and client value.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in working alongside senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach with experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create data-driven growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of operational processes (support, payments, KYC, risk, or compliance)
