Account Manager
Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Manager on behalf of our client to join their commercial team. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and supporting operators to ensure a smooth experience with the product. The right person will be detail-oriented, organised and confident in managing B2B partnerships. You’ll act as the main link between the company and its clients, making sure everything runs efficiently and in line with internal standards and industry expectations.
Location: – On-site - Birkirkara
Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Build strong relationships with valuable clients and provide superb service and tailored gaming experiences across all products.
- Monitor individual customer performance and ensure that marketing commitments are being adhered to.
- Ensure that individual customers are proactively targeted with the right actions at the right time in their lifecycle (e.g., new high-value customer, churning, lapsed, returning, big winners) to drive growth and activity among high net-worth customers.
- Monitor market-level performance, understand emerging trends and act accordingly.
- Initiate campaigns to drive activity among high-net-worth customers, ensuring they are generated in a timely manner, monitored for results, and effectively reported.
- Serve as the liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
- Work closely with Sales and other departments, maintaining a constant focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.
- Act as a knowledgeable and strong ambassador for the company.
Requirements:
- Excellent and extensive knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly in the commercial aspect.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments and teams.
