Client Success Manager - Tech
Job Description
We are looking for a Client Success Manager - Technology to join a fast-growing iGaming provider. This newly created role is essential in optimizing revenue from a technical standpoint while balancing commercial priorities. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless integrations.

Responsibilities:
As the Client Success Manager - Technology you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and technical efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Configuring new online casino platforms in the back office.
- Managing back-office settings for partners and game content.
- Rolling out new game releases.
- Conducting game testing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing technical assistance to clients, primarily related to API integrations and casino setups.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Development, and QA teams.
- Supporting the Integrations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Working alongside Account Managers and Sales teams to understand business priorities.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
- A customer-first approach with a sense of responsibility and ownership.
- The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the iGaming industry (required).
- Basic understanding of API integrations and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Chrome DevTools and Excel.
- A strong command of spoken and written English.
