Our client is a fast-growing company that values open communication, innovation, and talent development to drive sustainable growth. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an Affiliate Operations Specialist to strengthen their operations in Malta.

Location: Hybrid – Saint Julian's

Responsibilities:

As an Affiliate Operations Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Generate and manage weekly SERP reports.

Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly affiliate team reports.

Manage the full affiliate payment process on a monthly basis.

Create and distribute bi-weekly or monthly affiliate communications and newsletters.

Handle the affiliate support ticketing system and inbox.

Act as a point of contact for partners regarding payment-related inquiries.

Maintain and manage the affiliate team’s marketing campaign calendar.

Oversee the affiliate program site management.

Assist in setting up affiliate CRM campaigns.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure third-party contracts are processed in a timely manner.

Manage the affiliate program’s social media accounts.

Requirements:

Experience in the iGaming industry is an asset but not a requirement.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Proactive mindset with the ability to motivate others.

Positive and enthusiastic "can-do" attitude.
