Our client is a multinational digital company delivering cutting-edge advertising and technology solutions to the online entertainment sector. They are currently seeking a People Business Partner to join their team in Gzira, Malta. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, fostering an engaging and high-performing workplace while driving key people strategies.

Location: Hybrid - Gzira

Responsibilities:

As a People Business Partner, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

Supporting leadership with people-related initiatives and HR strategies.

Leading recruitment efforts for assigned departments.

Managing workforce planning for the Malta office, leveraging internal mobility and external hiring.

Identifying training needs and proposing development solutions.

Driving HR projects such as:

HRIT system implementation
Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development
Compensation policy design
Enhancing recruitment strategies

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.

Experience in the online entertainment or technology sector is a plus but not essential.

Strong understanding of key HR functions, including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development.

Knowledge of Maltese labour law to ensure compliance and best practices.
