Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company in the digital marketing industry, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive key HR initiatives and support business objectives in Malta. This role offers a strategic opportunity to influence company culture, talent development, and overall HR effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid – Gzira

Responsibilities:

As an HR Business Partner, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Acting as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices.

Driving talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Supporting performance management, career development, and succession planning.

Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives.

Ensuring compliance with Maltese employment laws and company policies.

Analysing HR data and trends to provide insights for business decisions.

Collaborating with global HR teams to align and implement company-wide HR strategies.

Requirements:

Experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role, ideally in a fast-paced industry.

Strong knowledge of Maltese employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
