Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead efforts in analysing business performance, market trends, and affiliate marketing campaigns, with the goal of providing actionable insights that enhance client marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and client services, to optimise acquisition strategies and ensure the success of various campaigns. Your analytical skills and industry knowledge will be key in helping our client maintain their competitive advantage within the online gambling sector.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Analyse the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple markets, focusing on key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROI, and LTV, and provide insights to improve client acquisition strategies.
• Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance client marketing strategies, increase conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
• Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the online gambling industry, both in the US and internationally. Use this information to inform strategic planning and client recommendations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that monitor campaign performance, client KPIs, and relevant industry trends. Present findings to internal teams and clients in a clear, actionable manner.
• Work closely with the marketing, finance, and client services teams to ensure data is used effectively in supporting campaign planning and execution. Provide analytical support for client pitches and ongoing relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing strategies. Collaborate with teams to implement these improvements.
• Monitor competitor activity in the affiliate marketing space and provide insights on how to differentiate strategies and offerings.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or the online gambling industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, or Power BI. Experience with affiliate tracking platforms is advantageous.
• Understanding of the online gambling industry, including key markets, regulatory environments, and marketing challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry with rapidly changing market conditions.
